Rebecca Hadley-Catter, LC, LEED AP, ASID, IES
Manager, SOURCE Lighting Education Center 

Rebecca is the Manager of the SOURCE Lighting Education Center. In this position she develops course content, oversees capital projects for new construction and renovations and the day to day operation of the SOURCE facility.

Prior to joining Cooper Lighting Solutions in January, 2001, Rebecca taught design in academia, and was coordinator of an academic program responsible for curriculum and program outcomes. As an assistant professor she conducted research on lighting solutions for the elderly and taught lighting as a part of the design curriculum.  Rebecca draws on design, research and education expertise to develop course content for educational and product solutions classes as well as incorporates Cooper lighting products into application solutions throughout the facility.

Rebecca is Lighting Certified (LC) by NCQLP (National Association on Qualifications for Lighting Professionals) and a LEED Accredited Professional by USGBC. As a professional member of the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America she is active on several committees and is co-chair of the Teachers of Lighting Committee. She is a graduate of Florida State University with a Masters degree and Purdue University with a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Design.

Mario Romero, LC, IES
Market Specialist

Mario Romero began his career in 2006 with Cooper Lighting Solutions working in Specification Sales and design on architectural and commercial projects in Latin America. In 2011 Mario expanded his role to Marketing Manager for Latin America. In 2014 he joined the SOURCE team in Peachtree City as a Market Specialist specializing in commercial products and controls. Mario is a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IESNA) LC Certified by NCQLP and a graduate of the National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico as an Architectural Engineer. Mario is well versed in many products and applications and specializes in LED commercial lighting, architectural lighting, smart home solutions and connected lighting solutions.

Steve Guarracino, LC, IES
SOURCE Senior Market Specialist

Steve began his lighting career in 1999 with Cooper Lighting as part of the pricing team, first as a senior pricing analyst then as an area pricing manager for the Northeast region.  After leaving the  pricing team Steve joined the marketing department as the Marketing Manager for Metalux Industrial and Lumark Indoor products. In his role as a marketing manager he was responsible for managing the new product development cycle, market analysis, product collateral development, website content, and product training.

Today, Steve is a SOURCE Senior Market Specialist specializing in the fields of industrial and exterior site lighting and is responsible for both the New Technology and Retrofit for Energy Efficient Solutions and the LED Exterior Lighting Solutions courses.

Steve is Lighting Certified (LC) by NCQLP (National Association on Qualifications for Lighting Professionals), a member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Chase Reeder, LCA
SOURCE Market Specialist

Chase Reeder started with Cooper Lighting Solutions as a field service and lighting controls applications specialist in 2013. This included lighting systems commissioning, application testing and troubleshooting. In 2014, he transitioned to the role of Master Technician and became an integral part of the lighting controls technical staff. His past roles allowed him to become knowledgeable of all lighting systems at Cooper Lighting Solutions, which continues today as the lighting industry rapidly evolves. He is currently a SOURCE Market Specialist for the SOURCE and specializes in teaching controls commissioning classes.  Chase holds a Certified Lighting Controls Professional (CLCP) certification from the International Association of Lighting Management Companies (NALMCO) and is a graduate of West Georgia Tech with dual degrees in microcomputers and networking.

Darcey Fuller
SOURCE Coordinator and Executive Assistant

Darcey Fuller joined Cooper Lighting Solutions in the summer of 2018 as SOURCE Coordinator and Executive Assistant after nearly 20 years in the banking industry.  A Georgia native and graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Darcey’s responsibilities here at Cooper include supporting the sales team and span many aspects of business administration such as financials, scheduling, logistics, patents, contracts, reporting and other duties.  She is eager to put her talents, skills and creative flair to use to make sure that everyone who has the pleasure of visiting the SOURCE has a great experience.  Her familiarity with fast-paced work environments and her genuine passion for people make her a good fit for the SOURCE.
