Simplified Assembly Process​

PrentaLux uses up to 40% fewer components and an accelerated speed-to-market process to make assembly faster and more cost effective. Disassembly is also simplified, encouraging the recycling of 3D-printed parts at the end of their useful life.

Cost-Effective and Versatile Design

Easily replaceable printed parts reduce the cost of ownership. Down the road, if a new luminaire design is desired, the existing light engine may be reused in the newly designed, 3D-printed luminaire, saving even more.

Exceptionally durable, PrentaLux 3D-printed luminaires are created using high-quality materials with sustainable benefits. These high-performance luminaires include Cooper Lighting Solutions light engines and come with 5-year limited warranties. TM-21, LM-79 and LM-80 reports are readily available.

Heat and Impact Resistance​

The polycarbonates used in our 3D printing process stand up to heat and impact – heat-rated for 115° C and impact-rated up to IK8. PrentaLux luminaires  won’t warp, crack, or degrade under pressure.​

Rest assured, your design won’t go obsolete. Designs for your 3D-printed luminaires are saved electronically and can be printed years later if you need a replacement or want to create more.​

A UV stabilizer deters discoloring. What’s more, our colors are built in, not painted on. So, no matter what hue you choose from the PrentaLux range of color choices, your luminaires will maintain their aesthetic appeal throughout their lifetime.
