The Halo tradition of innovation continues with the introduction of 5" and 6" aperture new construction and remodel housings utilizing a new spiral twist compact fluorescent lamp and ballast system from Osram Sylvania. The lamp’s petite size provides enhanced visual comfort, good cutoff and low glare. The electronic ballast is a new multi-wattage design allowing for interchangeable of 16W, 21W or 28W lamps. Housings are Air-Tite and meet ENERGY STAR and Title 24 compliance standards. Halo’s wide selection of trim styles, which were originally designed for incandescent “A-Lamps”, are interchangeable with the new Eco-Twist CFL housings.
